Online Business: What You Call Hell, I Call Home

Online Business or Blogging is the hell, But I call it home. You should quit blogging and join an office. Whole online business is the hell. Online businesses are full of fraud. You cannot make money as a blogger. You cannot rely full time on an online business.

You may be thinking that why I am saying this.

I am a professional blogger. I am earning not just money but name and fame as well.

Whatever I shared at the beginning of this post, are not my words.

Online Business Blogging: What you call Hell, I call home: eAskme
Online Business Blogging: What you call Hell, I call home: eAskme

Other people are reading: Blogging is my life, Adsense was my Girlfriend, Affiliate Marketing is my Wife

These are few sentences that I hear every day.

The answer is simple, most of the population in this world afraid of running an online business.

Why is that?

The human mind is filled with tons of doubts when it comes to start an online business or invest money in anything.

People love to spend whole life working in shifts under a boss rather than taking the bold step to run an online business or become an entrepreneur.

That is why 99% people in this world are employees.

Why blogging or any online business is hell?

The main reason why people think online business is a shady business is that they had the unfortunate experience.

Type of people who believe that online business is hell?

I believe that there are three types of people who say that online the business is hell.
  1. who had the bad experience
  2. who believe in rumors
  3. who make excuses
1)    Tons of fake websites promise to make you productive or help you earn piles of money in one day. But in reality, you gain nothing.

I remember the days when people were running after survey websites.

Few people complained that there are websites which are not paying when they met the threshold earning limit. Some of the sites have even blocked the earners. This hurts the reputation of the online business.

2)    The second type of people is those who have never tried any online business but follow the rumors or word of mouth advice.

Word of mouth works multiple times faster to spread negativity.

I meet these types of people daily who say that they want to make money, but when I tell them, they can make money online. They put a lock in their ears.

3)    The easiest way to escape from the efforts is by making an excuse.

Have you seen the kids in school, who do not prepare for the test and the final day they try to escape by being sick or pretending to be sick?

Same happens with mature people. 90% of the people who say that online business is a shady business make excuses.

Real life experience:

I like to share my real life experience with you.

Blogging: What you call Hell, I call home

3 Years ago, A student came to me saying that he wants to learn to blog and want to make money online. I told him that I could help him, but it will cost $300 because I have to invest my time.
And, you know what happened.

The guy said he is poor; he cannot afford even $100.

Do you think the guy was inferior?

Do you think he came by local transport or by foot?

He came in SUV which costs almost $14000. His friend told me that his pocket money was $500.
This incident made me realize that people want to spend money on everything except where they can learn something.

Now that guy is looking for a job.

Now I like to share one more experience.

Blogging: What you call Hell, I call home

These were one other guy who came to me to start a blog. He just paid me to launch a blog and went back. After one month he called me saying that he got approval from Adsense and his earnings reached $10.

In next month, his earnings reached $70, but he called me that he is moving to the USA and want to quit blogging.

I was surprised. I told the guy that he could continue his blogging business even in the USA. But he said that he is getting a job at the hotel as a waiter. He does not want to write anymore.
So you see this guy quit blogging just to become a waiter.

Do you want to make money online or with blogging?

I am sharing these experiences to help you understand what type of guy you are?

Who’s fault?

According to me, the fault is of those who fall for fake promises and even of those who never tried anything.

Do you know that more than 70% newbies quit blogging or any other online business within the first six months?

Because they are impatient. People want instant results, and that is the reason why they fail in online business.

The big reason why people fall in hand of fraud sites is that fake sites promise you that you will earn $10 by sending the email or make $100 in one day doing nothing or autopilot systems where they need not work.

In reality, no system can make money for you without any effort.

Why is online blogging business home for me?

Why is online blogging business home for me

From my first day as a newbie blogger, I understood the fact that it takes time to build a business.
Online business takes time, but people are impatient.

Do you know that more than 70% newbie bloggers quit blogging within the first six months?

Blogging has not just saved me from working under a boss but also helped me to build my community of professional friends.

Blogging has rewarded me with;

No, this same happens with all of the professional bloggers.

Those who understand blogging respect us.

Those who don’t understand blogging, think me like an alien who is making money online when there are working days and nights in offices.

Biggest fear:

I know the biggest concern that people have in their mind is the investment. This episode tells that you can start an online business with less than what you spend as pocket money.

I also like to be blunt here.

Do you think I make money without investing in my blogs? LOL!
Do you think Ryan travel the world with blogging, without spending a dime? Or
Do you think that John Chow, Patt Flynn, Donna Merrill, Janice Wald, Cori Ramos, Sue Dunlevie and many others are making money without making any efforts?

What you should learn from what you call hell, I call home?

This episode of eAskme, help you find out that if you are meant to become a professional blogger, or you die working in an office for others.

If you still think that you are not brave enough to take your own decision, then you can never change your life for good.

Remember: Your life depends upon your actions.

This word has changed how humans are utilizing internet these days.

In the beginning, people were using blogs as an online journal or personal diary. They write everything that has happened in the current day and what they have to do in next day.

But with the time, Blogging has grown, and marketers found great potential in it. These days not just internet marketers but personal bloggers also taking birth as mushrooms. Blogging is a necessary part of digital marketing.

Blogging is my life, Why and How?

There was a time when I was working as millions of other people these days. Blogging has entitled me to so many benefits that I was not able to gain in any job, such as;
  1. Boss free life
  2. My own business
  3. Time freedom
  4. Location Freedom
  5. Financial freedom
There was a time when my life was running from home to office and office to the house. I was working for long hours and still have to listen to many things. Even when I was a top performer in office, it never helped me gain much. Blogging has helped me not only to be my boss and live a boss-free life.

For an ordinary person, it is not easy to start a business. Usually, the company needs a lot of investment and knowledge.

But blogging has helped me to establish my own blogging business. With just little investment of around 100 dollars, a person can start blogging.

Complete freedom:

If you work in an office or even in a business, you can never feel complete freedom as you have to work every day to earn. But in blogging, you can make money while sleeping.

Blogging has helped to overcome the worries of money. It has made me earn the freedom to work from anywhere I want and whenever I want.

Now I make money blogging, even when I work 30 minutes.

Blogging has changed my identity. It has turned me from an employee to an entrepreneur. I have discovered the way to earn not just money but name and fame also.

Now you know me as a professional blogger.

I start my day with blogging and sleep after checking my blog status.

Adsense was my life, why and how?

We all work for money.

When a newbie thinks of monetizing his blog the very first thing he dreams about is getting Adsense approval.

Adsense is the best and high paying contextual ad network. It is the network that pays a blogger more than any system if utilized correctly.

Adsense has helped blogger who is making millions of dollars every month.

But, you can only make good money with Adsense when you have a tremendous amount of traffic with the people who click on your ads.

At the beginning of my blogging journey, I was genuinely in love with Google Adsense.

Google Adsense was the network that paid me the very first check of $553.

I have made almost 100k in 4 months with Adsense. I have made that much because the 90% of my site traffic was from the USA. But Adsense started paying less in Asian countries.

Every year bloggers are facing a decrease in Adsense earning even when the traffic is same.

Adsense was my most favorite girlfriend, but soon I realized that it is not enough for me.

In 2015, I broke up with Adsense on my main site.

I am still using Adsense on my other blogs, but definitely, I do not love it and cannot consider it my girlfriend.

Affiliate Marketing is my wife, How and Why?

At the beginning of 2014, I started discovering other ways to monetize my blogs.

I have checked many Adsense alternatives and even used Bing Ads.

One day I learned word affiliate marketing and started digging for more.

Soon I understood that Affiliate marketing is the only solution to my broken heart.

I have chased affiliate marketing on many sites and learned many things.

It was the time when I realized that I should approach Affiliate Marketing.

I joined Shareasale, Clickbank, and CJ.

Joined some affiliate programs and within three months my Affiliate earning has crossed my earning from Adsense.

I finally committed myself to Affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is like the right wife that stays with me even in the hard times. It works for me and cares about me even when I am sleeping.

It was affiliate marketing that makes me achieve financial freedom with the help of blogging.

Now I am a man of my own life.

I live as I want, work as much as I want, whenever I want and from wherever I want.

I am earning money, but now I am not chasing it because my life (Blogging) and my wife (affiliate marketing) bringing cash to me.

And not just the money but I have made some 100’s of quality friends such as Ryan Biddulph, Donna Merrill, Janice Wald, Cori Ramos and more.

What I am doing these days:

Now I am living my blogging life happily with my wife affiliate marketing in a way that most people just dream.

I now just teach people how to make their life better with the help or internet and how to make money online but also counting all the blessings that I am getting from my readers, fans, and followers.

I always loved the idea to become a mentor and blogging has helped me to become one. I am more than satisfied when I see that my efforts are assisting the millions to make their way in the online world and boost their career.

Thanks to all of you. Thanks to all who stand beside me. I also thank all those who have criticized me because you have helped me to understand what you needed from me.

This is for all:

Stay with me till the end of my life, because I count your blessing. I appreciate the time and words you share with me or my blogs.

If you connect with me, I will connect with you.

Blogging : A New Era of Entrepreneurship

The biggest invention after “0” and “Wheel” is the Internet. The human world is now the world of internet. No matter where you go, internet follows you. You cannot hide anymore. The Internet has given us so much that one cannot explain in one paragraph.

But what everyone loves about the internet is that it has created numerous job opportunities. There was a time when entrepreneurship means a rich person who was running a business or owning industries where people come to work.

The Internet has improved the meaning of entrepreneurship. It has opened the door of entrepreneurship for a common man. Now you need not be rich to become an entrepreneur, all you need is an idea that can go viral. Blogging is one of the most viral entrepreneurship ideas.

Birth of Blogging:

Blogging started as a personal web log, where people used to write their daily experiences or use as the journal. Soon some marketers saw marketing potential in blogging and turned the blog from a personal web log to a professional informative and educational place where people learn about new products or ideas.

Blogging has Started the New Era of Entrepreneurship

Blogging : A New Era of Entrepreneurship: eAskme
Blogging : A New Era of Entrepreneurship: eAskme
Today I am not going you to dig graves of history but I am here to share how blogging has started the new era of entrepreneurship and how you can take benefit of that.

1) Entrepreneurship Open for All:

Blogging is the only business which is open for all. No matter you are a graduate or high school dropout, blogging is there to help you start your own online business. You need not look for others to help you.

All you need is a blog and knowledge about the topic you want to blog about. Then do some research and buy a domain name, hosting, theme and launch your very first blog. Turn your blog into a brand and you will be an entrepreneur.

2) Work from Home Entrepreneurs:

Blogging has turned the shy people to into entrepreneurs. First time in the history of entrepreneurship, people who are working from home and too shy to face the world are running online blogging businesses and earning anything.

There is no other business that can help you become an entrepreneur working from home without any technical knowledge.

3) Writers are more popular than production houses:

There was a time when writers are just writers. They were writing books one by one to make bread and butter. Blogging has changed the tables. Now writers can become entrepreneurs.

Influencer marketing is so popular these days and to influence people, production houses contact bloggers with a good number of followers.

Why This?

Because people listen to those whom they follow. Production houses contact writers and pay them good money for continuously writing about their products. Most of the bloggers write product reviews or comparisons and getting paid for this.

4) Name and fame:

Entrepreneurship is not just about money but it is about name and fame also. Even if you make million dollars but if no one knows about you then you cannot enjoy the benefits of entrepreneurship.
Blogging is a business that helps you grow your blog.

The popularity of your blog makes you popular also. People not just talk about the blog they are visiting but also talk about the founder of that blog.

As a blogger, you can participate in blogging award functions or entrepreneurship award functions. This will not only grow your name but also helps you to attract more readers and clients.

5) An era of helpful Entrepreneurs:

There was a time when soul motto of an entrepreneur was to make money. To make money they were running fake promotions, selling low-quality products and even cheating people.

Blogging is far away from these evils.

A blog is a source of information where people come to learn and gain some knowledge. A blogger cannot cheat or fool a reader because readers not only read his blog but many others also.
If you look at the successful bloggers then you will know that there are popular because they are helping people.

The more you help others the more trust you gain and it turns you from a work from home blogger to a well known blogging entrepreneur.

6) Complete Freedom:

When you are working online or offline, you may not think about complete freedom.
When I say complete freedom, it means freedom of time, money and location.

Let me explain this.

If you are working in an office than you cannot change your seat whenever you want, you cannot leave office to work while sitting in the park, you cannot spend time with your family when you are working in the office.

But blogging turns these cannot into the can.
  •     Blogging makes you work from home or anywhere you want to.
  •     It allows you to spend time with your family and friends even when you are working.
  •     It also allows you to work whenever you want and how much you want.
This is what I call complete freedom. But only blogging entrepreneurs can enjoy this.

What type of entrepreneur you want to be?

There are various type of entrepreneurs in the World; such as greenhorn, visionaries, daredevils, exit-ers, executors, posers, bullshitters, octopi, and the valley dudes. But above all I want you to become a blogging entrepreneur. Choice is yours as life is yours.

Q : Please share about yourself and your story to enter in blogging?

Ans :  I started blogging for The Odee Company which was a printing company I owned for 24 years. I got into blogging as a way to drive traffic to the site. I grew that business from $1 million to $10 million in sales by the time I sold it. I retired to Montana and grew bored in 6 months. Started teaching marketing at Montana State University. Helped my wife start an interior design business in Big Sky, MT and grew it from 0 to $2 million in sales this year through blogging and other marketing. I have just taken a Partnership in a Farm and Ranch Real Estate brokerage firm. My job was to launch the website(Venture West Ranches) and get it ranking. It went live in September and we are well on our way to first page status. I have been hired to take it from a small Montana Ranch Brokerage to a mid tier Regional Farm and Ranch brokerage firm. I hold a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA Southern Methodist University. I have found blogging to be a very good way to build traffic and brand for a business. Between keyword research, linking and blogging a website can become a very powerful tool in building a business and creating wealth.

Q.  How the idea to make your own blog came in your mind? How you found the right people to develop it and what big obstacles you faced?

Ans. I started reading about internet marketing and keywords before it was really cool. My printing business needed a bigger presence in a very large regional market(Dallas). I was able to start and build the blog to where it had several thousand daily visitors and I became an authority in answering printing questions on the net.

The blog was done myself. At that time, you could rank with short blog posts and I would do @ 3/week around printing information. Very few blogs used pictures at that point but I would link to Youtube videos showing howtos and explaining the printing processes. Some of my printing videos are still up and have tens of thousands of views.

Time was a major obstacle considering I had 50 employees and was still churning out 3 blog posts a week. It helped that they were short posts but I had to be very efficient. I would spend Fridays after most of my employees left, brainstorming ideas. After the brainstorming, I would target having rough drafts over the weekend that I would edit and publish through the week. There were many doubts early on, on what I was doing and whether it would pay off.

Q. Can blogging really change someone`s life?

Ans: I tell my students that there is no time in the history of the world that someone can compete with multinational corporations and large marketing budgets like today. The internet and blogging has leveled the playing field for marketing to niche markets profitably for anyone that is willing to put in the work and effort to learn the SEO business.

Blogging was a big part of allowing me to retire at 48. It gave me customers that I would have never met in markets that I never even knew existed or were in their infancy and growing fast. Blogging is a wealth building tool. It is not overnight but if you are willing to work it can change your business and your life.

Q. What are your favorite internet marketing tools?

Ans. I love Long Tail Pro's keyword research. I have been using it for @ 1 year and it has paid for itself many times over. I also like Open Link Profiler. It is a very good all around tool to help you build links, pick keywords and see how competitors are ranking

Q. What is your daily schedule? and how do you maintain your tasks?

Ans: I get up early and get into the office a couple of hours before anyone else. I allow myself one day to come up with blog post ideas. The other 5-6 days then go into research, picture acquisition, writing, editing and posting. I usually will pick one day for link building. Once people show up in the office I do my normal day job of finding farms and ranches for clients.

Q. Blogging have different definition for different person. What is it for you?

Ans:Blogging is finding interesting content that is related around your keywords and sites. For instance, I am writing a series about Montana wildlife that are found on ranches here in our very wild state. I have enjoyed it and it brings real interesting stories to readers of my blog. That eventually leads to traffic and notoriety for my site and customers to Venture West Ranches. This allows us to spread into other states and give more people opportunities to change their lives and their clients lives. All of this above starts with the blog. The right choice of keywords and putting ideas out there that you think might be interesting to someone. That to me is blogging.

Q. Which are your favorite blogs?

Ans: I like Hi Sugarplum just because I know the story behind the woman and she went from being laid off to having a very successful career blogging. I like Peak Prosperity because I think like him and respect his opinion and what he is trying to do and I have about 10 SEO blogs I subscribe to which if I had to pick one it would be I enjoy all of the blogs just due to new angles on the art of SEO.

Q. How much time do you spend on social media promotion and SEO of your blog?

Ans. I spend about 5 hours a week on Social Media. Yes not enough but still kind of getting rolling on that. Considering the number of jobs I have at the moment I deemed SEO of the blog and webpage to be the chicken before the egg, so to speak. I spend @ 15-20 hours on the SEO.

Q. How much time do you spend for blogging daily?

Ans. As we discussed before I have my day of planning the week's blog posts. I then do research fro the articles and then the writing of the posts. Overall, I spend about three hours per day on average approximately six days a week. My goal is to get three blog posts done every week.

Q. Message for Readers?

Ans. As I tell my students there has bnever been a time in the history of the world where a David can take on a Goliath and win. It takes effort, determination and countless hours learning how to blog, SEO and link build but it can change your life and your business. I have done it three times now.

Q. What do you like about eAskme and how it can be more helpful for readers?

Ans. I like the different topics and angles you take. There is always fresh content with fresh stories that are interesting. I don't read any of the posts that I don't walk away with something new to try, new angle or new insight and many times it is a reminder of something that I have forgotten or maybe got lazy on.

My Blogging Journey : From Start

First three months of blogging:

I started blogging just to try new things to make money online. In September of 2013, I started my first blog on the BlogSpot platform which was related to news. I was sharing worldwide news, events and author views. I got a lot of appreciation on my blog from people around the globe. I purchased a domain and hosting from Hostgator and migrated my blogspot blog to WordPress

Selecting a domain name + Hosting

By the first four months, I understood the importance of branding in the online world. I bought a domain and hosting from Hostgator because of their best service. Here is the complete domain name guide for you to help to choose the domain name.

How my niche changed?

In the beginning on eAskme, I was writing about only tech stuff that you may have seen on other blogs also, but later I started writing about my own experiences, Blogging, Wordpress, money making tips and designing tips.

As I started writing everything that I have learned from my own experience, people started liking my blog.

My First Income:

As I mentioned, I started blogging just to try new things. I had no idea how to make money with Adsense ow what is SEO. I was just a hobby blogger. After some time I have learned about AdSense one of the most popular contextual ad network.

I read a lot of blogs about SEO and experimenting everything. I still remember how I earned my first $20 from Chitika. That was the very first online income I had received; after that, I started using Adsense and it turned me to make $500 in the very first month.

See : Make $100 Per day with Adsense

Hobby blogger to Professional blogging:

Back in June of 2013, I quit full time job and started working as a professional blogger. It was not an easy decision for me as the hardest thing was to convince my family. But I made my decision and started working for what I liked to do. I started making good money to fulfill my daily needs and to make some good investment. I have created my very own blogging business plan and I decided to take eAskme to the next level.

I have just purchased Kawasaki Z250 Super Naked Street fighter worth $5,481.

Partnership with another Blogger:

Around January of 2014, I partnered with a Mohali-based blogger to take our blogging journey to next level, but things didn’t come up in a good way so I moved back to my own blogging goals. So I always suggest you avoid partnership as it hardly lasts.

My Venture:

Till now my vision and dream and vision are to make blogging a full-time career choice and most popular online business in India. I have big dreams about my blogs and I will surely touch them with my dedication and love of my readers.

Current Blog Network:

I am currently managing many blogs on my network. It is not an easy task to work on multiple blogs and maintain a strong social media presence these days. You need to establish a team of professionals who can work on all blogs with complete dedication. What I look in a person before hiring is that he should do blogging for passion not just for money.

I divide work in my team and set the target for them to achieve. I usually work on promoting 3-4 blogs at a time. This includes writing social media presence, commenting, guest posts etc.
At this moment we have following blogs in our network:

eAskme, iOS Crunch, WikiHealthBlog, are few of my latest examples.

Future Plans:
It is the dream of every company to grow as big as it can be and cover maximum market share. But the biggest problem is to find the best team. Your team determines the future of your online company or business. Currently, I am setting up the plan for my online business.
Earning from Blogging:

"Earning" this word is the most interesting part of the life of a professional blogger. If I never quit my job then maybe earning only $5000-$10,000 per year. But with blogging and with my other online activities, I am making more than $50K every year, which is a good reason to quit my job.

The very best thing I like about blogging is that I am my own boss now. I work whenever I want and work on what I love to do. I am sharing my story so you should take blogging seriously and make your decision.

It’s not like working in a local company that actually has a physical form. In these cases, you actually see the client, and you can reason with them directly if something isn’t going smoothly. When online, on the other hand, all you can do is hope the client understands your language and that you don’t go bald – because yes, your hair can fall due to stress.

If this situation seems familiar to you, then here are some things to take the edge off, allow you to focus – and hopefully, prevent you from killing anyone before finishing with your workload.

1.    Set Your Priorities Straight

Before starting your work day, set your priorities, from top to bottom. Once you have a schedule of what you have to do, it’ll make things much easier to handle. This way, you won’t be scrolling endlessly with no idea what to do next.

2.    Eliminate the Interruptions

Most people working online are usually writing or doing something similar – so when they aren’t writing for their job and doing it for something else entirely, they fall behind on their tasks. Falling behind equals more stress – so you may want to close Facebook and put your phone on silent. Once you get sidetracked, it’s hard to get your game back on.

3.    Take a Walk

Staying for 8 hours every day in front of a computer screen can definitely take a toll on your mind – so take a few minutes every now and again to get up from your desk and move around. Grab a coffee or a glass of water – anything to get you moving for a bit.

4.    Don’t Take Things to Heart

When working online, you may have days when you’re this close to a mental breakdown. Projects are overwhelming, and clients aren’t easy to reason with. Keep in mind, however, that they do not have the knowledge that you have; they just expect the results. Explain to them without taking things personally, and you’ll end up feeling more relaxed at the end of the day.

5.    Relax and Exercise

These are mandatory regardless if you work online or in a physical work environment. We all need to balance things in our life, so a good book or a walk in the park can definitely counter the bad day you just had. The same thing applies with exercising; it’s much healthier to hit a punching bag that to hit the screen of your computer.

So what are the benefits of working from home? Surely there must be quite a few since a lot of people are turning to the practice of working from home and it wouldn’t be so if it weren’t convenient at the very least. Here are some of the most important benefits that come with working from home.

Flexibility refers to being able to create the perfect setting for yourself before you start working and making sure that everything is as your design intended to be. At the office you often times have to be considerate of your colleagues and so cannot have everything just the way you like it. For example, in an office with both smokers and non-smokers, the matter of having the windows opened constantly so the room doesn’t fill up with smoke can be frustrating and even seem unfair for those that do not smoke but still have to endure the harsh temperatures outside. That kind of concern becomes null when working from home since you only have yourself to please.

Concentration or better yet, the lack of distractions make it easy to focus on work and make sure that you get all your assignments done on time. At the office, involuntary distractions make your colleagues a nuisance that you can’t cast out and have to deal with. Chatter between co-workers and other activities might prove hard to ignore and thus your concentration and workflow will also be negatively influenced. At home, some distractions perish as you can secure a position in the house where you won’t be bothered and can comfortably settle in and focus on nothing else than your work.

Less stress and a healthier attitude

Often times, people’s attitudes towards the workplace get skewed and morphed by the constant means of stress that present themselves on the way to the office and at the office itself. Those that have to commute over a long distance might often times have their stress meters fill up before they even get close to the workplace because of frustrating traffic or having to share a bus with an unreasonable amount of people. Things like this can lead up to arriving at the workplace with a sour attitude which will impact productivity and efficiency throughout the entire day. Working from home removes all these stress factors and makes for more productive work hours.

Q : Please share about yourself and your story to enter in blogging?

Ans : I have always been passionate about reading and writing. When I was a child, I wished to become a librarian. Growing up I used to think that if I learn a lot in school and get good grades, I will have a safe financial future. After I had finished college, I realized this was simply not true.

In Romania, often, employers refuse to hire beginners because they lack experience, so you first have to go through several low paid jobs, until you can find a decent job. Then you take a loan from the bank to buy an apartment, and agree you will have to pay for the next 30 years until you retire.

I didn't think I would be happy in this scenario, so I chose something different for my life. I decided that I wanted to become a blogger and earn money from home using the internet.

This is how I came to start my blog,, in December 2015. One of the things that particularly attracted me about blogging is that this opportunity is available for everyone. It requires no special studies, nor big investments, just a willingness to learn.

I bought my domain name and then paid about $30 for an entire year of hosting for my site. I've never looked back since!

Q.  How the idea to make your own blog came in your mind? How you found the right people to develop it and what big obstacles you faced?

Ans.  When I decided to start my site, I knew that people could earn money online but I did not know exactly how they did it. I used to believe that bloggers need to spend at least a couple of years until they can get a decent income.

So, my plan was from the beginning to work as a freelancer and make blog posts for accomplished bloggers. The problem was that I didn't know about the basis of blogging, I didn't quite get the bigger picture.

Luckily, I found a blogging coach, Sue Anne Dunlevie from Successful Blogging, who is absolutely great to work with. I started one of her courses, and I learned about all the income streams a blogger can have and how to achieve my goals.

I now create influencer roundups that provide quality content and bring huge traffic. I also help bloggers connect with influencers.

A roundup is a type of post in which experts from a certain niche (can be anything between 10 or 100 bloggers) answer one highly significant question.

Think of it as a group interview. My job is to identify the experts and reach out to them to invite them to participate. In the end, I put all the responses together into a blog post, making sure everything flows well.

My clients get a lot of traffic thanks to my roundups because all the contributors to the post share it with their followers and often link to it on their blog. As a general rule of thumb, the more experts I feature, the more traffic the roundup tends to generate.
Q. Can blogging really change someone`s life?

Ans: I think that this depends on the person. Many people start a blog as a hobby, and work on it in their spare time, so it takes them years to build a career out of it.

For me, blogging has changed my life for the better. I was determined from the beginning that I wanted to build an online business. I firmly believe in the power of positive thinking, and working tirelessly towards achieving my set goals.

Now, my online activity is my only income source.

I can afford a comfortable lifestyle and am able to travel as I please. I like that I can organize my time the way I want. I don't need to ask permission from a boss to go on a holiday.

I am my own boss. I feel that my brand can only expand as I make a point to go above and beyond for my clients to smash their expectations.

Q.  What are your favorite Internet marketing tools?

Ans: I use Canva to make the collages for my expert roundup. It's a free tool that has lots of features that you can use to make customized images for social media and blog posts, infographics, design your logo, etc.

I use Buffer to schedule my posts for social media, especially Twitter. I post on a regular basis the interviews and roundups where I am featured. I also like to share useful content on blogging related topics.

Q. What is your daily schedule? And how do you maintain your tasks?

Ans: I wake up at around 8 am. I am more productive in the morning when I'm rested, and have a lot of energy. I like to feel comfortable while working, so that is why I often stay in bed with my laptop in my lap. :D

A few of my daily tasks are:

- making various lists

- sending lots of emails

- interacting with other bloggers on social media

- editing my posts and promoting them.

Q Blogging have different definition for different person. What is it for you?

Ans : For me, blogging is the best opportunity for a regular person to build his or her business without big investments or special skills. In the internet marketing world, it doesn't matter what age, religion or nationality you have. You can become a successful entrepreneur provided you work hard and never stop learning and growing.

Blogging is a business and also a way of expressing your creativity. Lots of online writers become published authors. Building an audience and getting their feedback can give you the confidence you need to take action towards seeing your book in a library.

For me, blogging is also a wonderful way of meeting new people from different cultures. Through my online endeavors, I now have friends all over the world.

Q. Which are your favorite blogs?

Ans: I read lots of blogs where I can learn how to become a better blogger. My favorite is Pro Blogger. I especially like to listen to Darren Rowse's podcast.

I also like Smart Blogger. Jon Morrow is a great writer. Another blog that I read all the time is Successful Blogging. It teaches how to get more traffic and how to convert subscribers into paying clients and make more sales.

Q. How much time do you spend on social media promotion and SEO of your blog?

Ans. I do not spend a lot of time on SEO. I create my content to help my readers, not to trick Google. So, I do only on-page optimization. I promote my blog anytime it is relevant, on Facebook groups and Twitter. I haven't measured exactly how much time it takes me daily.

Q. How much time do you spend for blogging daily?

Ans. The time that I spend blogging depends on how many projects I have. I usually work about 6 hours a day during the week, and 3- 4 hours a day on the weekends.

I guess one of my biggest challenges is organizing my time and eliminating distractions. I spend more time on Facebook than I should, but at the same time, this helps me build connections with other bloggers and promote my expert roundups, so I don't consider networking wasting time.

Q. Message for Readers?

Ans. Blog about a topic that you love and are passionate about. Find your targeted audience on Facebook groups and other communities on social media. Find out what their biggest challenges are, and address those issues in your posts. Write unique content that will offer a new perspective even on an old problem.

Interact with your readers by answering the comments they leave on your blog and always remember that you were a beginner not long ago, so be understanding.

Q. What do you like about eAskme and how it can be more helpful for readers?

Ans. I love your blog because it offers great content on a variety of topics. I like reading your interviews with different bloggers, and I always feel inspired by them. The site has a pretty design and it is easy to navigate between all the categories that you have on your blog.

Thank you for inviting me to share my blogging journey with your readers.

Q : Please share about yourself and your story to enter in blogging?

Ans : I launched my personal blog & brand,, to help online entrepreneurs grow their blog audience, build a freedom business and travel the world.

Before this, I spent 10 years blogging before doing digital marketing in the corporate world. One day I decided, why don't I post a couple of blogging & marketing strategies that I like on the web? And it took off from there. After awhile, I decided to launch my business doing exactly what I love.

I know what it's like to struggle and struggle and still not achieve your dream business, and having been through that, I want to help others achieve their freedom business in the smartest way. I enjoyed my work, and liked my boss colleagues, but did not really like the long working hours. I realized that I could pursue my passion online as well. I prefer to call my own shots and be my own boss through entities that I own - like blogging!

I'm also a Christian, and I hope to use my influence online to spread God's message out from a place of love. I also want to help people grow to their largest potential and get paid for what they love.

Q.  How the idea to make your own blog came in your mind? How you found the right people to develop it and what big obstacles you faced?

Ans.  Digital marketing is my passion, so the idea to make a blog around that topic came as a natural extension to my academic and corporate experiences.

My biggest obstacle was feeling like I was all alone.

I barely had anyone to talk to, and the few friends who understood what I was doing? They only existed behind my computer screen. I made efforts to connect with other bloggers, but it is always better to have real life friends to talk about all things business with.

My parents and friends did not know what I was doing at all, and wanted me to get a "real job". It was difficult to explain what I was doing to them.

For this reason, blogging requires passion, discipline and time management. Getting an accountability partner and mastermind group will always help, of course!

Another obstacle was building a brand that was 100% authentically me. I think it boils down to confidence - the more confident you are in the value you provide to the world, the brighter your gifts will shine.

Tactically, I zoned in on my gifts, my messaging, and what I could do differently from everyone else in the same industry.
Q. Can blogging really change someone`s life?

Ans: Yes, blogging can really change someone's life.

As a blogging and digital marketing strategist, I've seen firsthand how blogging can give a person so much freedom and choice into his/her life, to do work that they are passionate about while being location independent.

I've seen this happen enough times in my community and people in my mastermind groups to really believe in the power of growing an audience online.

While it may be difficult, especially at the start, the payoffs for the rest of your life will well be worth it. I would encourage all aspiring entrepreneurs to keep pressing on!

Q.  What are your favorite Internet marketing tools?

Ans: 1) Evernote: I use this to organize my life.

Evernote allows me to save copies of my competitor's sales pages and website copy. I brainstorm blogpost ideas with Evernote. I journal with Evernote. When someone says something relevant to my business on Facebook, I place it in Evernote. The list is endless!

2) Convertkit: Excellent email service provider that allows me to segment users and serve them emails according to their behaviour. It has a very user-intuitive interface, and is priced very reasonably.

3) Tailwind: I use Tailwind to schedule my pins on Pinterest, and it saves me so much time. It appears that I'm online all the time pinning stuff, but that's not true! As a result, my Pinterest followers have grown exponentially since I used Tailwind.   I actually have a post all about my favourite tools which has been shared over 3k times on Pinterest: 101 best blogging tools & resources. (

Q. What is your daily schedule? And how do you maintain your tasks?

Ans: Everyday is different for me - so it is hard to answer this question. However, some of the tasks I would normally do would include: Content creation for my blog, interacting with my community in my Facebook groups, creating and launching digital products for my readers, administrative stuff and maintaining my website.

To maintain my productivity I plan out each week before it starts.

Q Blogging have different definition for different person. What is it for you?

Ans : Blogging is a platform for me to give value to the world. I use blogging as a way to get my name and work out there into the world, to impact the lives of other people meaningfully and to help others live to their greatest potential.

While I mostly blog informational, value-laden how-to posts to my audience, I try to add a more personal touch to my articles too.

Sometimes blogging is an avenue for me to express my thoughts and opinions about certain issues which I feel strongly about. At other times, I use my blog as a platform to inspire others and to encourage them to keep pressing on with their dreams.

Q. Which are your favorite blogs?

Ans: I don't have many favourite blogs,  but I'll share about a blogger I really respect!

I value transparency and honesty a lot, so Pat Flynn from smartpassiveincome definitely is my favourite.

It is difficult to showcase your success without being seen as an arrogant person online, but Pat does it in a way that makes you feel inspired rather than annoyed through his transparent income reports.
Pat's brand is based around a topic as dubious sounding as passive income (some people will associate his website with a get rich quick scheme), but he still manages to create a trustworthy brand.

I find that Pat does an excellent job in delivering massive value too!

Q. How much time do you spend on social media promotion and SEO of your blog?

Ans. Not a lot - I schedule my social media posts in advance, and for Pinterest, I use Tailwind to schedule my pins. This allows me to match my content and manage my social media accounts efficiently.

For SEO, a lot of work goes into creating good articles for my blog so that people will be more likely to link to it. Aside from that, I do spend time on SEO occassionally - around a few hours a week.

Q. How much time do you spend for blogging daily?

Ans.It really depends on what I have to do - sometimes I spend the entire day, sometimes I don't blog at all. During launch period, it gets more hectic and I spend significantly more time. I am a workaholic - so it is normal for me to just sit by my computer for the entire day.

However, I prioritize. Church and cell group are non-negotiables for me, so is family time. I fit my business around my life, not the other way around, and that helps to put things into perspective.

Q. Message for Readers?

Ans. Write about something you are passionate about. Blog about something that excited your soul.

Otherwise, you will burn out after a few years and start feeling miserable in your business.

I've seen countless people want to blog about blogging simply because they feel it's more profitable - that will not work out for you unless you have a genuine passion! There is room in every industry to make money.

Can you imagine starting from scratch and deleting your email list, or ignoring your community because you just aren't interested in your business anymore?

Start with something you're passionate about, and build a business around it. Not the other way round.

Q. What do you like about eAskme and how it can be more helpful for readers?

Ans. I like the wide variety of articles that's available as well as this series about blogging interviews as it will help to inspire others to start blogging as well. I don't really have anything to input about any areas of improvement, thank you for the hard work that you're putting in to create all these value for your readers! It is really much appreciated.
