It has been informed by many people that whenever any user click on any link on Google or twitter, article always popup without waiting any second.

This will help twitter and Google to control the delivery of cached web pages on sites of publishers.

This actually help publishers as they will get traffic even when people will be landing on their web pages even if those are not hosted by twitter or Google.

Also you need not to worry about any loss in revenue as cached web pages also show display ads same as they appear on live website or blog.

Now it shows that that Twitter/Google will set content delivery platform other than their competitors which will be open source. This also means that other companies will be able to build content upon it and use it.
