LinkedIn is now adding new features to company pages. These new features will help brands to gain competitors' insight, effectively communicate, and attract Talent.

The job market is one of the most competitive markets.

New LinkedIn company page features will help brands.

Here are the latest features for LinkedIn Pages:

My Company Tab:

LinkedIn has updated the "My Company" tab. Now you will see new ways to communicate with employees and boost engagement.

LinkedIn's "My Company" page is for employees only. However, it is an opportunity for businesses to improve communication and relationship.

The new update will make businesses:

  • Curate content
  • Send notifications
  • Show dynamic visualization of resharing.

You can find the "My Company" tab if your business page has more than 201 employees.

On the "My Company" tab, you will also find:

  • Employee milestones
  • Popular content.
  • Recommendations.
  • Analytics.

Workplace Policy Sharing:

New Talent is more interested in workplace policies than money and benefits.

People want to work with companies that allow remote working or have a flexible work schedule.

Employees are:

  • 3.4 times more interested in balancing personal obligations and the workplace.
  • 2.6 times more interested in working for the employer.
  • 2.1 times more interested in recommending working for employers.

Transparent policies help attract new Talent and satisfy current employees.

LinkedIn business pages can now communicate pay adjustments, vaccines, and remote work policies with their employees.

You can find policies on the right side of the LinkedIn Page Header.

How Business Page Compares to Competitors:

You can check competitor analytics using the Analytics tab.

This feature allows you to add up to nine competitors and compare them with your performance.

LinkedIn is adding more features to make it easy to use platform for both businesses and employees.
