New Talent is more interested in workplace policies than money and benefits.

People want to work with companies that allow remote working or have a flexible work schedule.

Employees are:

  • 3.4 times more interested in balancing personal obligations and the workplace.
  • 2.6 times more interested in working for the employer.
  • 2.1 times more interested in recommending working for employers.

Transparent policies help attract new Talent and satisfy current employees.
